Assisting Pastors and Pastoral Candidates in finding the right church is one of the most important services provided through a Converge Regional Office. The Converge Pastor Placement Process (P³) makes the knowledge, years of experience and developed relationships accessible to Pastoral Candidates.

At the core of Converge P³ is the service provided by the local Converge District Office. As a P³ Candidate, the Converge District Office will work on your behalf to evaluate and recommend you to churches that are an appropriate fit based on your skills, education, experience, belief system and theology.

All P³ Candidates receive:

Access to online Pastor Profile survey to comprehensively describe yourself to P³ churches
Three professional assessments and detailed results
Placement interview with a Converge consultant
Evaluation for placement in active candidate database evaluated against seeking P³ churches

Any information entered into the P³ system becomes the property of P³. Converge retains the right to distribute all information to Converge Churches, Converge District Offices, Converge National offices and any Converge employee, consultant or any future organizational alignment.
